Wellington College Hangzhou Summer Camp

02 May 2023

How to spend this summer holiday? Wellington College Hangzhou is launching its long-awaited first ever summer camp. Join us to learn about technological innovation, build critical thinking, enjoy performing art and sports, and embark on a dream journey of exploration in our beautiful internationalised campus.

As a member of the wider Wellington College family, we adhere to the belief of Wellington College UK, where there is a focus on reform and innovation in educating the young. We aim to realise academic excellence and cultivate well-rounded pupils. With this in mind, we are proud to introduce the Wellington College Hangzhou summer camp to offer children the opportunity to enjoy the holiday while awakening their potential with our world-class education provision in a liberate and inclusive internationalised environment this summer. It is an opportunity for children to enhance their bilingual skills in a unique immersive language environment, develop their sports skills in a familiar and safe school setting, improve their academic performance with the guidance of top graduates from leading universities at home and abroad, unleash their performance talents on a professional theatre, and cultivate leadership skills through speech courses. The curriculum of this summer camp is truly outstanding and not to be missed. Join us to explore the 2023 summer camp and find out more about the teachers, facilities, and dining options that parents are interested to discover.

Educational Concept

We want a broader community to have a sense of our holistic approach to education, where we instil our values - respect, kindness, courage, responsibility and integrity and cultivate them into talents with our identity of being inspired, intellectual, individual, independent and inclusive. The summer camp will be conducted under this ethos to improve their leadership, build their character, and support their comprehensive and harmonious growth. We hope the participants can be positive, confident and optimistic, be creative with critical thinking and reasoning abilities, and be independent learners and trustworthy team members in a bilingual and cross-cultural environment that expands their global perspectives and teaches them to respect and embrace differences.
