How do we support our newcomers to feel at ease in a new working environment? The answer is our comprehensive two-week induction launched on 14 August at the Grand Theatre, tailored specifically for our new teachers.

Guided by our middle and senior leadership team along with specialised training instructors from Wellington College China, the training commenced with such aspects as our school values and educational ethos, parent-school relationship, and prioritising safeguarding and wellbeing. They were informative and inspiring for the new members, helping them promptly gain a deep understanding of the school ethos. Transitioning their roles to become Wellington team players while sparking their team spirit and strengthening their sense of belonging within the Wellington community.
