With abundant experience in a top-tier university, Professor Cardwell will illustrate the significance of education planning from an early age. It is crucial to draw medium- to long-term plans for one’s educational journey as it enlightens them to proceed and succeed in the future. An education plan is vital not only for a family as it steers their child's education but also for a learner as it maximises their potential.

We all know that the focus of education goes beyond imparting knowledge and skills. It is also to expand our horizons and cultivate future leaders with a global perspective. Professor Cardwell's insights align perfectly with this vision.

What characteristics make a pupil appealing to UK universities, including Cambridge?  Which types of global innovators will successfully embrace the future?

We will find some of the answers to these questions from Professor Cardwell’s presentation. On the day, pupils from Wellington College Hangzhou will have the opportunity to engage with Professor Cardwell, participate in Q&A sessions and showcase their unique styles through their actions, intelligence and ideas.

Let us eagerly await Professor Cardwell's arrival on 23 October.
