Nathan Witter has been a Primary School class teacher for the past three years in London, specialising in both Physical Education and Science. He has a Bachelor's degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention as well as a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning from Middlesex University, London. Before Nathan obtained his PGCE in Primary Education from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, he worked alongside top athletes and professional football clubs to improve athletic performance. Promoting healthy yet active lifestyles to children, is one of the fundamental reasons why Nathan chose a career in education. Which is further supported through his ten-year experience, coaching children from Primary to Secondary level. He is an individual that uses all of his professional strategies, to ensure that he teaches children with imaginative and highly enthusiastic lesson approaches. Nathan believes that through fully engaging children, he can produce independent and secure learners. Nathan has an immense passion for all sports, especially football, rugby and mixed martial arts, in which he has previously practiced at a competitive level. He has an interest in travelling and finding out about other cultures, as well as applying his experiences to further develop and inspire himself both personally and professionally. As well as wanting to motivate and broaden the knowledge of Physical Education to the children of Wellington College Hangzhou, Nathan is delighted to be given the opportunity and challenge, to gain new life and teaching experiences in China.
